Archbald Borough Part Time Staff Assistance Position Open
The Borough of Archbald is currently seeking applicants for a Part Time Staff Assistant position. The Staff Assistant performs shared secretarial services and provides administrative assistance to the Police Department. Essential functions included, but not limited to: Answering phones & greeting visitors, processing time & attendance, scheduling appointments and meetings, establishing and maintaining department logs & records, processing reports, responding to inquiries and complaints. Qualified applicants must have knowledge of clerical procedures, skill in Microsoft Office products, ability to maintain accurate records, handle confidential information, deal with police officers and public, and communicate effectively. Must have a high school diploma or GED, two or more years of administrative or secretarial experience. Must possess a valid PA Driver’s License, and must be able to obtain all clearances as required by the Archbald Police Department.

Rate of pay $15/hr. 20 hours/week.
