The Earned Income Tax  (EIT) and Local Services Tax (LST) Collector for Archbald Borough is H.A. The LST tax $52.00 per year for all non-exempt persons working in the Borough.  The purpose is to collect a tax from all persons who work in the Borough and utilize the Borough’s municipal services, including those persons who do not live in the Borough.
