Proposed Zoning Ordinance for Public Review and Comment

The Proposed Zoning Ordinance includes a new Zoning Map and includes the following major components:  Uses Allowed in Each Zoning District, Dimensional Requirements, Additional Requirements for Specific Uses, Signs, Parking, General Regulations and Environmental Protection.

A copy of the proposed Zoning Ordinance are available for review on the website and at the Borough Building at 400 Church St. Archbald during regular business hours.  Copies of all or portions of the Plan will be made available for purchase at the cost of reproduction.  Any comments or questions should submitted to Borough Manager Robert Turlip in writing or via email, rturlip@arachbaldborouhgpa.gov.
