Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Archbald will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at the Archbald Borough Municipal Building, 400 Church Street, Archbald, PA 18403; the Board will consider the Application for Variances regarding regulations restricting the size and location of parking spaces in required setbacks and the location of a retaining wall within a required setback; the Premises is owned by NEPA Builders, Inc. and is located in an C-3 Zoning District (Regional Commercial); all interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the Hearing however each person attending the Hearing will be required to wear a mask and the number of persons allowed to attend the Hearing and the seating arrangements of the persons at the Hearing may be adjusted in order to provide some social distancing; remote participation in the Hearing will be available check the Archbald Borough Website for further information.
