HALLOWEEN 2020

Archbald Borough Council has recommended for those wishing to Trick or Treat on Halloween Night (Oct 31, 2020) from 5 pm to 8 pm to limit their participants to Family and Friends. All are encouraged to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
